HONEST LETTER
Read this carefully. This is not a normal letter.
I want to write you a different kind of letter today.
Not an emotional one, Not a motivational one. An honest one.
Just the truth, from a man who has been writing to you for years, to the one of you who is still reading.
If you are here, I know something about you even though we have never met.
If you are reading my work, it means something inside you is not at peace.
You may not say it out loud.
You may still show up strong in public.
You may still be “functional.”
But something inside you is slipping.
And you know it.
You are not where you should be.
Not even close.
There is a version of you that exists in your mind…
… disciplined, dangerous, focused, in control.
And then there is the version of you that actually shows up every day.
Distracted.
Negotiating.
Escaping.
Breaking your own word in private.
That gap is eating you alive.
The man you know you could be if you ever stopped slipping.
You see him sometimes. On the good mornings. In the rare weeks where everything aligns. You feel him in the background of your awareness, waiting.
And then there is the version who actually shows up most days.
The one who opens the phone before his feet hit the floor.
Who plans the deep work and ends up three hours into something he cannot even remember starting.
Who breaks his word to himself in private, dozens of times, and carries that private breaking like a weight that only he can feel.
The gap between those two men is what brought you to my work.
I know this because I have lived in that gap.
Because every man who has ever come to me has lived there.
And because the modern world is perfectly designed to keep you there.
You are not weak.
You are anchored.
Anchored into distraction.
Anchored into craving.
Anchored into cheap dopamine loops that strip you of your ability to execute.
Your brain has been trained to chase stimulation instead of building power.
Every scroll.
Every indulgence.
Every moment you avoid the hard thing
you are anchoring a version of yourself that you secretly despise.
And the worst part?
You can’t even fully explain why you keep doing it.
That’s what makes it dangerous.
That’s what makes it a trap.
Thats why you feel lost in the battlefield.
You are not in control.
And somewhere deep down, that realization terrifies you.
Good.
It should.
Because the man who is not in control of himself is not free.
He is a slave.
Not to society.
Not to circumstances.
But to his own impulses.
I’m not here to comfort you.
I’m here to show you the mirror.
And the mirror doesn’t lie.
Here is what I know after seven years of this work, after walking with more than 280 men through their own version of this same mountain.
You are not weak. You are not lazy. You are not broken.
You are conditioned.
Conditioned by a world that has spent a decade learning how to capture and sell your attention. Conditioned by patterns that were installed in you before you had any say in the matter. Conditioned by a reward system that was designed for survival on the savannah and is now being hijacked by devices optimized by engineers who were paid to keep you scrolling.
What you are fighting is not a character flaw. It is architecture.
The architecture of your own nervous system, working exactly as it was designed to work, running software it was never built to run.
This matters because you have probably been treating your struggle as a moral failure. Waking up each day and telling yourself today I will be different, today I will be the man in my mind, and going to bed each night adding another mark to the ledger of small betrayals.
The ledger is real.
The shame is real.
But the diagnosis is wrong.
You have been trying to fix architecture with willpower, and architecture does not respond to willpower.
It responds to engineering.
For seven years I have been doing one thing.
I have been engineering behavioral change at the system level for men who had tried everything else first.
Men who had read the books, watched the videos, done the therapy, tried the meditation apps, and still found themselves opening the same tabs, reaching for the same hits, breaking the same promises.
Men like me. Men like you.
Founders.
Operators.
High performers on paper,,
but internally fragmented.
I’ve rebuilt their discipline.
Rewired their behavior.
Helped them regain control over their own minds.
Not through motivation.
Not through “mindset.”
Through behavioral engineering.
I did not hype them. I did not motivate them.
I built systems around them that made it harder to slip than to stand. I installed structures that replaced willpower with architecture.
I walked beside them through the hardest months of the transition, moulding them into someone who refused to turn away.
Through systems that force alignment between intention and action.
Through interventions that remove your ability to keep lying to yourself.
This work is not easy.
It is not comfortable.
And it is not for everyone.
Now here’s what matters.
This chapter is ending.
Phalanx is moving into corporate and enterprise work.
Which means this:
The methodology that started in 1-on-1 work with individual men struggling with addiction and compulsive patterns is evolving into something larger.
I am taking the engineering I built in the private 1-on-1 container and moving it into enterprise contexts, into founder operating systems, into spaces where the work can serve differently.
It is the natural arc of what I have been building.
But it means the door I have been keeping open for men who wanted to work with me personally on the deeply private layer of this struggle that door is closing.
This is my last blitz before I close my gates.
There will not be another intake after this one.
Not at this price. Not in this form.
What comes next will be something else, serving someone else.
There will be no more private access.
No more 1:1 work.
No more direct intervention.
No more program in its current form.
The gate is closing.
Before it does, You have one last chance to experience it for yourself.
Three men.
That’s it.
Not ten.
Not twenty.
Three.
The work has always been $3,500.
For this final intake, I am opening it at $800.
Not because it is on sale.
Because this is the last time, and I want the men who were meant to do this work to be able to do it regardless of where they are financially right now.
If you are one of the three, you will know.
There will be a quiet recognition that something in you has been waiting for this moment. A whisper in your conscience. Listen to it.
Understand this clearly:
This is not an opportunity to “learn.”
This is an opportunity to rebuild yourself.
If you are serious, reply with ‘READY’
I am not looking for volume.
I am looking for the three who are ready to stop fighting architecture with willpower and start rebuilding the architecture itself.
If that is you, I will see you inside.
If not, I wish you well on your own path.
The mountain is real.
The climb is worth it.
I hope you find your way up, with me or without me.

Is there a "Phalanx Lite" version that perhaps doesn't have the 1:1 coaching aspect (which I'm sure is amazing) but instead has a passive compilation of your research and methodology for me to purchase? I'd be happy to pay ~$299 and it'd require no commitment from your end besides the initial write-up.
If you consider this in the future, I'd be the first to purchase it and it may allow you to continue helping potential 1:1 clients passively while you pursue your ambitions with corporate training. Just a thought, love your content and would love to support you in some way. Wishing you the best with your new chapter 👍🏼
